The angel of Purification

I bath myself in the light of my soul every day when we open our hearts and mind to our "Inner Sun." We are fully purified by the radiance of its loving light. All that keeps the memory of negativity is cleaned. And in that way are purify both mind and body.

Visualize now the light of your soul filling your entire being and purifying every cell and atom as it radiates to everything around you.

這是這幾天同事Jacqueline給我抽的天使卡，上面的文字。和她對談，是非常溫暖的經驗。她以很強的直覺和耐心，給予我很大的支持和啟迪。

仔細想想，光，的確一直是我的主題呵，房間的手繪掛畫、攝影作品，收藏的詩集、音樂...，都是哦，真奇妙。告訴自己:別讓光不小心掩蓋了哦，永遠的敏於覺知，讓靈魂之光綻放。也讓周圍的人，都能感受到，「內在的太陽」的溫暖。因為這一份存在，發自內心地，就有美好的笑容。

*附圖是同事James的女兒，萱萱。這個禮拜大家一起去騎車去關渡，她一路蹦蹦跳跳，好可愛。她真是個調皮搗蛋的小天使。
